Goals for writing

Today in writing  i am setting some goals for my writing. To work on for the rest of the term or year.

I need to work on:
structure and language
Vocabulary


i need to work on my structure and language because i need to get a better score.
Also i need to work on my vocab Because i need to risen or brighten out my writing sample.

Work

In room 6 today i have been working on my maths and writing. Writing? writing i was writing   metaphors and then i work on one so i can finehed my work.

Then easy part was writing a sentence.The hard part was doing it into a

parahgraph.

Maths? Maths i was rounding to the nearest ten finding one tenth and also

multiplying and dividing by 10x 100x 1000x and i gave it a try.

Koru

My art is a beautiful art that represents my family specially my siblings. The big one that's standing tall is my dad. The first one on my right hand side is my beautiful mum. The one behind my mum is my little brother who is just learning little bits of life and going to stand tall like his dad and brothers. Also the 3 strong men in the middle learning still and need little fix ups. The top of my dads puku is my oldest brother of all. Then we go to the middle of the brothers is me the special koru thats going to have a good life and still standing tall over all of my brothers. Then the last that's my second oldest brother standing tall and strong but needs little fix ups. And yeah that's my beautiful koru that represents my whole family.

Math worms

This weekend my class has been doing two different math work and that is magical triangle and worms they were a bit hard but then i just got the hang of it. The hard part was to make different shapes for the worm. The easy part was to use a systematic stable and to record my work. My next step is to use different stratiges like algorithm and to use place value.

This week in 2019 first trip of the year we went to opua marina to talk about

 

the waka that sir heck or hekenukumai who got knighted when he was a age of 85. What we did we did some hoe hoe has a whata a whata is the middle of the point of your hoe. Next we talk about a mans taravel to napier it sounded fun thoughout the story and yeah it was nice so here is some pictures that explain what i just said.

Why is it important to Clean the ocean

It is vital that we clean our town because it can kill our fish that we can eat. And also if we keep on trowing rubbish on the ground we  could die from starvation. So i think we should clean up our land and be a proud school that cleans up rubbish for other people and also to the Sea Cleaners thank you so much for being a good team and keep our fish nice and clean thank you so much. :))))))
