Orientation on Narrative

This week we have been learning how to do a Narrative writing mainly on orientation. Here is an ex: In a small box wondering Where am i? What am i?. Then easy part is writing a orientation like the punctuation and other stuff. The hard part is to Plan out my work so i know what im doing. My next step i prety much my Hard part.

Split work

This thursday i have been working on some simple stuff  such as assembly in room 6 also some different stuff like math eyes and my weekly 3. The easy part was getting all my work done like my weekly 3. The hard part was to work independently. I need to work on not asking for help and just work hard and push my limits.

Recount

This week i was learning how to write a recount writing. There are 11 steps or things you need to use to be successful at writing a recount. One important one is you have to use the past tense and use the 5 ws those are just tips. The easy was to be successfull at writing a recount

Fractions

This week for mats i was learning to do fractions so as 1/2 all the way to 1/4096 and man they were small they were so small you can bearly fold them. The easy part was to listen to what been said.The hard part was saying and understanding what fractions are.next step obviously i need to work on fractions and understand what they are and do them more lately in my homework so i can work on it.

Goals for writing

Today in writing  i am setting some goals for my writing. To work on for the rest of the term or year.

I need to work on:
structure and language
Vocabulary


i need to work on my structure and language because i need to get a better score.
Also i need to work on my vocab Because i need to risen or brighten out my writing sample.

Work

In room 6 today i have been working on my maths and writing. Writing? writing i was writing   metaphors and then i work on one so i can finehed my work.

Then easy part was writing a sentence.The hard part was doing it into a

parahgraph.

Maths? Maths i was rounding to the nearest ten finding one tenth and also

multiplying and dividing by 10x 100x 1000x and i gave it a try.

Koru

My art is a beautiful art that represents my family specially my siblings. The big one that's standing tall is my dad. The first one on my right hand side is my beautiful mum. The one behind my mum is my little brother who is just learning little bits of life and going to stand tall like his dad and brothers. Also the 3 strong men in the middle learning still and need little fix ups. The top of my dads puku is my oldest brother of all. Then we go to the middle of the brothers is me the special koru thats going to have a good life and still standing tall over all of my brothers. Then the last that's my second oldest brother standing tall and strong but needs little fix ups. And yeah that's my beautiful koru that represents my whole family.
